One year after the death of his first wife Meera Acharya, Haribansha has married Ramila Pathak who is from butwal. Like Haribansha Ramila's husband had died previously and has a 21 year old son. Haribansha too has two sons Mohit and Trilok.

The marriage was held at Gongabu, kathmandu at the residence of Ramila's sister on thursday, 21 june 2012. The comedian Haribansha was very emotional and sad after the death of his first wife and had stopped doing any shows and projects. We all wish that after the second marriage, he will be happy again and start continuing his projects and make us all happy.
